ABOUT DJ SACKMANN
DJ Sackmann is a world-renowned NBA & WNBA Skills Coach, founder of HoopStudy, and one of basketball’s leading player development coaches. In 2025, DJ served as head coach of the Lunar Owls in the Unrivaled professional 3-on-3 league, leading the team to a dominant season and earning Coach of the Year honors. In 2021, NBA star Patty Mills hired DJ as his personal coach ahead of the Tokyo Olympics. Following eight weeks of preparation, Mills delivered a historic 42-point performance in the Bronze Medal Game, leading Australia to its first-ever Olympic basketball medal. DJ has trained players around the world, from developing youth athletes to NBA and WNBA professionals. His approach centers on purposeful training, decision-making, game IQ, and developing skills that translate directly to competition.

November 14–15, 2026 • The Logo • Sarasota, Florida Athletes will spend two days training directly with DJ Sackmann, learning the same concepts and techniques he uses with high-level players around the world. Training will focus on advanced ball handling, footwork, scoring, creating separation, finishing, reads and decision-making, and game-speed skill application.
